Prepare the Focaccia Crisps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the focaccia bread into triangles or squares and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy and golden. Remove from oven and let cool.

Assemble the Dish
On a serving platter, place the burrata cheese in the center. Surround it with the diced heirloom tomatoes. Scatter the chopped fresh herbs and edible flowers over the top. Drizzle with additional olive oil and vincotto for added flavor.

Serve immediately with the focaccia crisps on the side for dipping and scooping.
