Prepare the Mango
Peel the ripe mangoes and remove the pit. Cut the flesh into small chunks and place them in a blender.

Blend the Ingredients
Add the raspberries, coconut milk, lime juice, and honey (or agave syrup) to the blender. Blend everything until smooth and creamy.

Taste and Adjust
Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with more honey/agave if needed. Blend again briefly to combine.

Freeze the Mixture
Pour the blended mixture into a shallow dish or ice pop molds. If using molds, insert sticks.

Set in Freezer
Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.

Remove from Freezer
When ready to serve, remove the sorbet pops from the freezer and allow them to sit at room temperature for a few minutes for easier removal.
