Caramelize the Bananas
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and cinnamon, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Slice the bananas and add them to the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and caramelized. Stir in the vanilla extract and remove from heat.

Prepare the Citrus Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine the orange juice, lemon juice, honey, orange zest, and lemon zest. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens slightly, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Assemble the Verrine
In a glass or dessert cup, layer the caramelized bananas, followed by a layer of whipped cream, then drizzle with the citrus sauce. Repeat the layers until the glass is filled. Garnish with mint leaves on top.
