Layer the Ingredients
Spread the horseradish sauce on the inside of both pieces of the panini bread. On one slice, layer the sautéed onions, followed by the sliced roast beef, and top with the cheddar cheese. Place the other slice of bread on top to close the sandwich.
Cooking the Panini

Grill the Sandwich
Preheat a panini press or a grill pan over medium heat. If using a grill pan, you can place a heavy skillet on top of the sandwich to press it down. Cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Plate the Dish
Once the panini is grilled, remove it from the heat and let it cool for a minute before slicing it in half. Serve with a side of potato chips and pickle slices.
