Panini Preparation
- 1
Prepare Ingredients
Slice the tomato and avocado. Cook the bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- 2
Assemble the Panini
Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on one side of each slice of sourdough bread. On the non-mayo side, layer turkey, Swiss cheese, tomato slices, bacon, and avocado. Top with another slice of bread, mayo side out.

Grill the Panini
Preheat a panini press or a skillet over medium heat. If using a skillet, you may need to use a heavy pan to press down on the sandwich. Grill the panini for about 4-5 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
