Directions for Pulled Pork Sandwich
- 1
Prepare the Pork
In a slow cooker, place the pork shoulder and season with salt and black pepper. Add the chopped sweet onion on top of the pork.
- 2
Cook the Pork
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and shreds easily with a fork.
- 3
Make the Slaw
In a bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Mix well and set aside.
- 4
Shred the Pork
Once the pork is cooked, remove it from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded pork to the cooker and mix it with the BBQ sauce.
