1. Prepare the Dough

3. Knead the Dough

4. First Rise

5. Shape the Focaccia
Once risen, punch down the dough and spread it onto a greased baking sheet. Dimple the surface with your fingers.
6. Second Rise
Cover again and let rise for another 30 minutes.
7. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
8. Top and Bake
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with coarse salt, and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
