Drain and rinse the canned black beans. In a mixing bowl, combine black beans, cream cheese, and sour cream.

Prepare Ingredients

Add garlic powder, cumin, lime juice, salt, and black pepper to the bean mixture. Use a hand mixer or food processor to blend until smooth and creamy.

Mix the Dip

Taste the dip and adjust salt and pepper as needed. If using, fold in chopped fresh cilantro.

Adjust Seasoning

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve with tortilla chips.

Cut mozzarella cheese sticks in half if desired for shorter sticks. Freeze them for at least 30 minutes to prevent melting during frying.

Prepare the Cheese

In three separate bowls, set up your breading station: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Remove the cheese sticks from the freezer. Dredge each stick in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat in the breadcrumb mixture. Make sure each stick is well-coated.

Bread the Cheese Sticks

In a deep pan or fryer, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Use enough oil to fully submerge the cheese sticks.

Heat the Oil

Carefully add the breaded cheese sticks to the hot oil in batches. Fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Season the Angus beef patty with salt and black pepper on both sides. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

Prepare the Beef Patty

Place the seasoned patty on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

While the patty is cooking, slice the sesame bun in half. You may toast the bun lightly on the grill or skillet if desired.

On the bottom half of the bun, layer the lettuce, cooked patty, tomato slice, pickles, and red onion. Top with the other half of the bun.

In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy. Add flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms.

Prepare the Dough

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Once dough has risen, punch it down and roll it into ropes about 1 inch thick. Cut ropes into 1-inch pieces to form bites.

Shape the Pretzel Bites

In a large pot, bring 10 cups of water and baking soda to a boil. Add pretzel bites in batches, boiling for 30 seconds each. Remove and let drain.

Place pretzel bites on a greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

Clean the pork skin thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the Pork Skin

In a large pot, add the pork skin, water, and 1 tsp of salt. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer for about 1 hour or until the skin is tender.

Remove the pork skin from the pot and let it cool slightly. Pat it dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 180°C (350°F). Add the dried pork skin in batches and fry until it puffs up and turns golden brown, about 3-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Sprinkle the remaining 1 tsp of salt on the hot chicharones and mix to coat evenly.
