1. Brown the Meat
In a large pot over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Sauté Vegetables
Add the chopped onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
3. Combine Ingredients
Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, elbow macaroni, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
4. Simmer
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the macaroni is cooked.
5. Add Corn
Stir in the corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
6. Serve
Serve hot with dinner rolls on the side.
