Method

Cooking Eggs

  1. 1

    Scramble or Fry the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, crack the 2 eggs and cook them over medium heat. Stir continuously for scrambled eggs or let them sit for sunny-side up until the whites are set, about 3-4 minutes.

Cooking Meat

  1. 2

    Cook Bacon or Sausage

In another skillet, cook the 4 slices of bacon or 2 sausage links over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes for bacon or 10-12 minutes for sausage. Drain on paper towels.

Cooking Pancakes or French Toast

  1. 3

    Make Pancakes

In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup of milk, 1 egg, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  2. 4

    Make French Toast

In a shallow bowl, beat 1 egg with 1/4 cup of milk, and a dash of cinnamon. Dip each slice of bread in the mixture, ensuring both sides are coated. Heat a skillet over medium heat with a little butter and cook each slice for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Serving

  1. 5

    Serve

Plate the scrambled or fried eggs, crispy bacon or sausage, and pancakes or French toast. Drizzle with real maple syrup to taste.
