Method

Eggs

  1. 1

    Cook the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, crack the 2 eggs and cook over medium heat until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your liking. Season with salt and pepper.

Hashbrowns

  1. 2

    Prepare the Hashbrowns

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add 2 cups of frozen hashbrowns, spreading them out evenly in the pan. Season with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes without stirring until the bottom is crispy. Flip and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until both sides are golden brown.

Protein

  1. 3

    Cook the Bacon or Sausage

In a separate skillet, cook 4 pieces of bacon or sausage over medium heat until crispy and browned, about 5-6 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Toast

  1. 4

    Toast the Bread

While the eggs and hashbrowns are cooking, toast 2 slices of bread in a toaster until golden brown. Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on the hot toast.
