Cook the Pork
In a slow cooker, combine the pork shoulder, orange juice, lime juice, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily pulled apart. Shred the pork with two forks and mix it with the juices in the slow cooker.

Make Salsa Roja
In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, diced onion, chopped cilantro, minced jalapeño, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and set aside.

Make Salsa Verde
In a separate bowl, combine diced tomatoes, diced onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
Pico de Gallo

Prepare Pico de Gallo
In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, diced onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Assemble Carnitas Divorciados
On each crispy tostada, layer citrus pulled pork, black beans, a spoonful of salsa roja, a spoonful of salsa verde, and a generous scoop of pico de gallo. Top with crumbled queso fresco and serve immediately.
