Preparation Directions
Prepare the Tomato Aioli
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, and finely chopped tomato. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble the Sandwich
Slice the hoagie rolls in half. Spread the tomato aioli on the inside of both halves. Layer with sliced turkey, roasted poblano, Pepper Jack cheese, and leafy greens.
Grill the Sandwich
Heat a panini press or skillet over medium heat. Place the assembled sandwiches on the grill and cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes per side.
Serve
Remove from heat, slice in half if desired, and serve warm.
