Prepare the Wontons

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut wonton wrappers into triangles and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Prepare the Vegetables

Thinly slice the carrot and set aside. Blanch the snap peas in boiling water for 1-2 minutes until bright green, then transfer to ice water to stop cooking.

Sear the Tuna

Heat a non-stick skillet over high heat. Sear the tuna chop for about 1-2 minutes on each side for medium-rare, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Assemble the Dish

On a plate, arrange slices of avocado, blanched snap peas, and carrot. Place the seared tuna on top, drizzle with sesame ginger vinaigrette, and garnish with crispy wonton triangles and cashews.
