Prepare Hot Chocolate
In a medium saucepan, bring the water or milk to a simmer over medium heat. Gradually add the hot chocolate mix while whisking continuously until fully dissolved. Remove from heat.

Mix in Liqueurs
Once the hot chocolate is prepared, stir in the peppermint schnapps and chocolate liqueur. Mix well to combine all the flavors.

Serve the Drink
Pour the hot peppermint chocolate mixture into mugs, filling each mug about three-quarters full.

Top with Whipped Cream
Spoon a generous amount of whipped cream on top of each mug.

Garnish
Sprinkle chocolate shavings or cocoa powder on top of the whipped cream for an extra touch.
