Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it's hot enough for baking.

  2. 2

    Combine Dry Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and xanthan gum until well combined.

  3. 3

    Mix Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, combine warm water, olive oil, honey, apple cider vinegar, and eggs. Whisk until smooth.

Mixing and Baking

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined, making sure not to over-mix.

  2. 5

    Prepare the Loaf Pan

Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with olive oil or line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

  3. 6

    Transfer Batter

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

  4. 7

    Bake

Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  5. 8

    Cool the Bread

Once baked, remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Serving

  1. 9

    Serve

Slice the gluten-free bread and serve it warm with a drizzle of olive oil for dipping.
