Prepare the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Svedka Vanilla Vodka, 1 oz of chocolate liqueur, and 1 oz of heavy cream.

Shake the Mixture
Fill the shaker with ice. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Drizzle Chocolate Syrup
Remove the chilled martini glass and drizzle 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup along the inside of the glass.

Strain and Serve
Strain the cocktail mixture into the prepared martini glass.

Garnish
Top with chocolate shavings and place a maraschino cherry on top as garnish.
