Melt the Chocolate and Butter
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter and semi-sweet chocolate together. Stir continuously until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Mix Sugar, Eggs, and Vanilla
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, large eggs, large egg yolks, and vanilla extract until well blended and slightly frothy.
- 5
Combine Mixtures
Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and stir until combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Add Flour
Gently fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined. The batter should be smooth and glossy.

Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins, filling each about 3/4 full.
