Ranch Dressing
Method
Chicken Fingers Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into strips, about 1 inch wide.
- 2
- 3
Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken strip first in flour, then dip it in beaten eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs, ensuring an even coating.
- 4
Fry the Chicken
Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C). Fry the breaded chicken strips in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- 5
Toss in Wing Sauce
Remove the cooked chicken fingers from the oil and place them in a large bowl. Pour the wing sauce over the chicken and toss to coat evenly.
Ranch Dressing Preparation
- 6
Mix Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 7
Whisk Together
Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- 8
Chill
Cover and refrigerate the ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
