Set Up Breading Station
In three shallow bowls, prepare your breading station. In the first bowl, add 1 cup of all-purpose flour. In the second bowl, whisk together 2 large eggs and 0.5 cup of milk. In the third bowl, combine 2 cups of breadcrumbs, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of onion powder, 0.5 tsp of salt, and 0.5 tsp of black pepper.

Bread the Mushrooms
Take each mushroom and first dip it into the flour, ensuring it is fully coated. Shake off any excess flour. Next, dip it into the egg and milk mixture, allowing the excess to drip off. Finally, roll it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure the breadcrumbs adhere well.

Heat the Oil
In a large heavy-bottom pot, heat 4 cups of vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches around 350°F (175°C).

Serve with Ranch Dressing
Transfer the fried mushrooms to a serving platter and serve hot with 1 cup of ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
