Method

Preparation of Brunch Potatoes

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into small cubes, approximately 1-inch in size.

  2. 2

    Season the Potatoes

In a bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Cook the Potatoes

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned potatoes and cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy.

  4. 4

    Garnish and Serve

Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the heat and toss with fresh parsley before serving.

Preparation of Eggs

  1. 5

    Heat the Skillet

In a separate skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

  2. 6

    Cook the Eggs

Crack the eggs into the skillet. For sunny-side up, cook for about 2-3 minutes until the whites are set. For scrambled, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper before pouring into the skillet, cooking until desired doneness.

  3. 7

    Serve

Once cooked, plate the eggs alongside the crispy brunch potatoes.
