Add Vegetables and Spices
Add chopped carrots and green peas to the pan. Cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Stir in cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Wonton Wrapping

Fill Wontons
Take a wonton wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it over to create a triangle, and press the edges to seal. Repeat for the remaining wrappers.
Honey Mustard Sauce Preparation

Mix Sauce
In a small bowl, combine honey and mustard. Stir until well blended and set aside.
Cooking Samosas

Fry Samosas
In a deep frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Fry the filled wontons in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes each side. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
