Preparing the Protein

Cooking the Beef & Lamb
In a skillet over medium heat, add the sliced beef and lamb. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.

Cooking the Ground Lamb
In a separate skillet, heat over medium-high heat. Add the ground leg of lamb and cook for 8-10 minutes, breaking it apart with a spoon until browned and fully cooked.

Cooking the Chicken Breast
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Slice into thin strips.

Slicing the Tomato
Wash the tomato and cut it into thin slices. Set aside.

Wash the cucumber and slice it into thin rounds. Set aside.

Preparing the Romaine
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
Assembling the Gyro

Assembling the Ingredients
Take a piece of pita bread and layer it with your choice of protein (sliced beef & lamb, ground lamb, or chicken). Add sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and romaine lettuce on top.

Wrapping the Gyro
Wrap the pita around the fillings tightly and secure with a piece of parchment paper or foil if desired.
