Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into long strips, about 1 inch wide.

Coat the Chicken
Dip each chicken strip first in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs, ensuring they are well-coated.

Heat Oil
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Chicken
Carefully place the breaded chicken strips into the hot oil, frying them in batches for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Potatoes
Peel and cut potatoes into fries, about 1/4 inch thick.

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Carefully add the cut potatoes to the hot oil in batches, frying for about 4-5 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, then sprinkle with salt.
