Method
Chicken and Brie Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- 2
Cook the Chicken
In an oven-safe skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil. Sear the chicken breasts for about 5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
- 3
Add the Brie
Place slices of brie cheese on top of the chicken breasts, and then transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
- 4
Prepare the Tomatoes
While the chicken is baking, chop the fresh tomatoes into slices.
- 5
Assemble the Pitas
Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven. Place the chicken with melted brie and sliced tomatoes inside the Greek pita, and wrap it up.
Brunch Potatoes Preparation
- 6
Prepare the Potatoes
Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half.
- 7
Season the Potatoes
In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- 8
Bake the Potatoes
Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 25-30 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
Honey Mustard Sauce Preparation
- 9
Mix the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together honey and Dijon mustard until well combined. Adjust the quantity of honey or mustard according to taste.
