Method

Prepare Garlic Aioli

  1. 1

    Mix the Aioli Ingredients

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic (from the garlic cloves), lemon juice, and salt. Mix well until smooth. Set aside in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Make Burger Patty

  1. 2

    Form the Patty

In a bowl, mix the ground Black Angus beef with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Form the mixture into two equal patties, each about ¾ inch thick.

  2. 3

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness or until they reach your desired doneness.

Prepare Toppings

  1. 4

    Slice the Vegetables

While the patties are cooking, wash and slice the tomato into thick slices, slice the onion into rings, and prepare the lettuce leaves and pickles.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 5

    Build the Burger

On the bottom half of the burger bun, spread a generous amount of garlic aioli. Place the cooked patty on top, followed by the lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.
