Method

Lemonade

  1. 1

    Juicing the Lemons

Roll the lemons on a countertop to soften them. Cut them in half and juice them into a measuring cup until you have about 1 cup of fresh lemon juice.

  2. 2

    Making Lemonade

In a pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice, 1 cup of granulated sugar, and 4 cups of water. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.

Iced Tea

  1. 3

    Steeping the Tea

Boil 4 cups of water in a kettle. Once boiling, remove from heat and add 4 black tea bags. Let steep for about 5-7 minutes.

  2. 4

    Cooling the Tea

Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool down to room temperature. Once cooled, transfer to a pitcher and refrigerate until cold.

Assembly

  1. 5

    Mixing the Arnold Palmer

In a glass, add 2 cups of lemonade and 2 cups of iced tea. Stir gently to combine.

  2. 6

    Garnishing

Add ice cubes to the glass. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices for an extra touch.
