Marinate the Shrimp
In a bowl, combine the shrimp, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Prepare the Mignonette Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the mignonette butter over low heat. Add the chopped parsley and mix well. Remove from heat and set aside.

Heat the Chile Oil
In a skillet, heat the chile oil over medium heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.

To serve, place the cooked shrimp on a plate, drizzle with mignonette butter, and sprinkle with crushed saltines. Enjoy!
