Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Beef Patty

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the Shipley farms beef patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

  2. 2

    Melt the Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the patty and cover it with a lid to allow the cheese to melt.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Bun

While the patty is cooking, slice the potato bun in half and lightly toast it on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the toasted bun, layer the goopy lettuce, followed by the cooked beef patty with melted cheese, pickles, and onion slices. Top with the other half of the bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the goopy burger immediately with a side of fries.
