Prepare the Glass
Begin by chilling your cocktail glass. Fill it with ice water and set it aside while you prepare the cocktail.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine 2 oz of Bourbon Whiskey, 1 oz of Sweet Vermouth, and 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters.

Stir the Mixture
Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled and diluted.

Strain into Glass
Discard the ice water from your cocktail glass and strain the chilled mixture into the glass.
