Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Mac Salad

Cook macaroni pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water. In a large bowl, mix the pasta with mayonnaise, diced celery, diced bell pepper, salt, and pepper. Chill in the refrigerator.

  2. 2

    Make the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the potatoes into fries, toss with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

  3. 3

    Cook the Burger

In a skillet over medium heat, form the ground beef into a patty and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place the cheddar cheese on top to melt.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Plate

On a large plate, start with a generous scoop of the mac salad. Place the cooked burger on top. Arrange the garlic rosemary fries on the side. Drizzle meat hot sauce over the burger and add onion rings on top.

  5. 5

    Serve

Enjoy your Gate Plate immediately while hot!
