Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Mashed Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks. Boil them in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.

  2. 2

    Mash the Potatoes

Add the butter and milk to the drained potatoes and mash until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then set aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Asparagus

Trim the ends of the asparagus and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  4. 4

    Grill the Asparagus

Place the asparagus on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and slightly charred.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Salmon

Brush the salmon fillets with sweet chili sauce on both sides.

  6. 6

    Grill the Salmon

Place the salmon on the grill, skin-side down, and grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky.

  7. 7

    Serve

Plate the grilled salmon with a generous portion of mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. Top with crushed wasabi peas and serve with a small salad of your choice.
