Preparing the Chimichurri Sauce

Make the Chimichurri
In a blender or food processor, combine the parsley, oregano, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and salt. Blend until well combined and set aside.

Season the Filet Mignon
Pat the filet mignon dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.

Rest the Steak
Remove the steak from the skillet, cover loosely with aluminum foil, and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Cook the Seafood
Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and cooked through. Cook the grouper for about 3-4 minutes on each side.

In a pot, add the cubed potatoes and garlic cloves. Cover with water, add salt, and bring to a boil. Cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
