Cook the Grouper
Choose your cooking method: For grilling, preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cook the fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side. For frying, heat a skillet over medium heat and fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. For blackening, use a cast-iron skillet and cook on high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side.

In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, finely chopped dill pickles, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
