Preparing the Steak Fries

Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Spread the frozen steak fries on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

Bake the fries in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy, turning halfway through the cooking time.

Cook the Filet Mignon
Season the filet mignon with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

Once the fries are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them on a serving platter. Top the fries generously with the filet cheesesteak mixture.
