Preheat the oven and cook the frozen steak fries according to the package instructions, usually around 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy. Toss with cooking oil before baking for extra crispiness.

Prepare the Cheese Sauce
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk for about 1-2 minutes until bubbly and golden. Gradually whisk in the milk and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly until it thickens. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, and shredded Havarti cheese until melted and smooth.

Once the fries are done, place them on a serving platter. Top with the steak and vegetable mixture, and drizzle the cheese sauce generously over the top. Serve hot and enjoy!
