Coffee Preparation

Make the Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine equal parts brown sugar and water (1:1 ratio). Stir over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Allow to cool before using.

Brew the Coffee
Brew fresh coffee using your preferred method (drip, French press, etc.). Make sure it is strong and hot.

Combine Ingredients
In a heat-resistant glass or mug, add 1 cup of brewed coffee, 1 cup of Jameson Irish Whiskey, and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar simple syrup. Stir well to combine.

Prepare Whipped Cream
In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of heavy cream and 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar until soft peaks form.

Top with Whipped Cream
Spoon the whipped cream over the coffee mixture, allowing it to float atop the drink.

Add Nutmeg
Sprinkle a dash of nutmeg on top of the whipped cream as a flavorful garnish.
