Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Blanco tequila, Crème de Cassis, and fresh lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake the Cocktail
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the Mixture
Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.

Gently pour the ginger beer over the top of the strained mixture, allowing it to settle.
