Method

Preparation of Shake

1

Brew Espresso

Start by brewing a double shot of espresso. Allow it to cool slightly while you prepare the shake.

2

Combine Ingredients

In a blender, add 2 cups of vanilla ice cream, 1 cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup, and the brewed espresso.

3

Blend

Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.

Serving

4

Prepare Glass

Pour the shake into a tall glass, leaving some space at the top for toppings.

5

Add Toppings

Top the shake with 1 cup of whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate curls.

6

Garnish and Serve

Optionally, drizzle some extra chocolate syrup on top of the whipped cream before serving. Enjoy your Cafe Mocha Shake!
