Method
House Fries

Wash and cut the russet potatoes into thin strips.

In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.

Spread the coated potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and sliced red onion.

In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
