Making Tortilla Chips

    Fry Tortilla Chips

    Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot. Cut corn tortillas into wedges. Fry in batches until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels and toss with lime zest and sea salt.

Preparing Pulled Pork

    Slow Cook Pork

    In a slow cooker, combine pork shoulder, chopped onion, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and chicken broth. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender. Shred the pork and mix with blackberry BBQ sauce.

Making Beer Cheese Sauce

    Prepare Beer Cheese Sauce

    In a saucepan over medium heat, combine beer, cream cheese, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir until cream cheese is melted. Gradually add sharp cheddar cheese, stirring until smooth. Season with salt.

Making Guacamole

    In a bowl, mash ripe avocados and mix in lime juice, chopped cilantro, salt, and diced tomato.

Making Pico de Gallo

    Combine diced tomatoes, chopped onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.

Assembling Nachos

    On a large platter, layer tortilla chips, pulled pork, beer cheese sauce, guacamole, pico de gallo, and crumbled farmers cheese. Serve immediately.
