1. Prepare the Turkey Patties

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, roasted garlic (minced), salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

2. Form Patties

Divide the turkey mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.

3. Cook the Patties

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

4. Assemble the Sandwiches
