Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add vodka, Midori, Chartreuse, pineapple juice, egg whites, simple syrup, and lemon juice.

Dry Shake
Seal the shaker and shake vigorously without ice for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg whites.

Shake with Ice
Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Optionally, you can garnish with a slice of pineapple or a cherry.
