Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Fresh Ingredients

Start by washing the fresh apricot thoroughly. Cut it in half and remove the pit. Dice one half into small pieces and set aside for garnish.

2

Mix the Base

In a cocktail shaker, combine the orange peach liqueur, lime juice, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, lemon juice, maple syrup, and chai syrup. Add ice to the shaker.

3

Shake the Cocktail

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well mixed and chilled.

Assembly

4

Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.

5

Top with Cava

Carefully top the drink with cava to add some fizz.

6

Garnish

Garnish with the diced apricot pieces on top. Optionally, you can add a lime wheel for extra flair.
