Juicing
1. Prepare Fresh Juices
Juice the oranges, mangoes, peaches, pineapples, and cranberries until you have 1 cup of each juice. Strain if necessary to remove pulp.
Mixing
2. Combine Juices and Wine
In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed orange juice, mango juice, peach juice, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice. Stir gently to mix.
3. Add Sparkling Wine
Slowly pour in the champagne or sparkling wine to the juice mixture. Stir gently to combine without losing the bubbles.
