Method
Mixing the Batter

Combine Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.

Mix Together
Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are fine.
Cooking the Pancakes

Heat the Pan
Place a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and allow it to heat up. If desired, lightly grease the surface with a bit of butter or oil.

Pour the Batter
Using a ladle or measuring cup, pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot skillet for each pancake.

Cook the Pancakes
Cook the pancakes for about 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set. Flip them and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Continue pouring batter and cooking pancakes until all batter is used, adjusting the heat as necessary.
