In a large pitcher, combine the sparkling wine, vodka, lime juice, and Barrow's ginger liqueur. Stir gently to mix the ingredients without losing the fizz from the sparkling wine.

Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to ensure it is served cold.

Take your favorite cocktail glasses and add a few fresh mint leaves to each glass.

Pour the chilled mixture from the pitcher into each glass, filling them about three-quarters full.
