Preparation of Sparkling Base
Combine Sparkling Base
In a large pitcher, combine the sparkling cava and orange juice. Stir gently to mix without losing the fizz.
Preparation of Bloody Mix
Mix Bloody Ingredients
In a separate bowl, combine the tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, hot sauce, celery salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and fresh parsley. Stir until well mixed.
Assembly
Combine Both Mixtures
Pour the Bloody mix into the sparkling base mixture in the pitcher. Stir gently to combine.
Serve
Fill glasses with the mocktail mixture, and garnish each glass with pickled vegetables.
