Eggs

Bacon

Sausage

Toast

Method

Eggs

  1. 1

    Cook the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your desired doneness (sunny-side up, over-easy, etc.).

Bacon

  1. 2

    Prepare the Bacon

In a separate skillet, cook the bacon strips over medium heat until crispy, flipping occasionally to ensure even cooking. Once done, transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.

Sausage

  1. 3

    Cook the Sausage

In the same skillet used for the bacon, add the sausage links and cook over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.

Toast

  1. 4

    Toast the Bread

While the sausage is cooking, toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown. Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on each slice after toasting.

Home Fries

  1. 5

    Prepare the Home Fries

Peel and dice the potatoes and onion. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and onion, season with salt and pepper, and cook, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
