Gather Ingredients
Collect all the ingredients needed for the Aperol Spritz including Aperol, Prosecco Rosé, soda water, an orange slice, and fresh mint leaves.

Fill Glass with Ice
Take a large wine glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill the drink.

Pour Aperol
Pour 3 oz of Aperol over the ice in the glass.

Add Prosecco Rosé
Gently add 3 oz of Prosecco Rosé to the glass, pouring it slowly to avoid excessive foam.

Finish by adding 2 oz of soda water to the mixture.
